Professional Mediator Philip Mulford was listed in this year’s edition of The Legal Elite, published by Virginia Business, an annual list of “top lawyers in a variety of specialties as voted on by their peers.” Formerly a practicing attorney and now one of the top mediators in the region, Mulford has been practicing mediation, full-time, since 1990 and has mediated over 1000 cases.
